What the service offers
Tá Chegando Bus provides urban-mobility information, initially focused on buses in São Paulo, plus map, favorites, alerts, history, comments and ratings, as available.
Some features may require an account, an internet connection and device permissions.
Nature of transit information
A bus may run late, but the information should arrive first. That sentence describes the product’s intent: surface what can be known about a line or vehicle as early as possible.
Arrival estimates, map positions, occupancy and times are estimates or data that can be delayed, incomplete or wrong because of traffic, detours, maintenance or operations. They are not a guarantee of an exact time, boarding, or that a vehicle on the map will reach the stop in a given minute.
Always check signs at the stop and, when needed, the operator’s or public authority’s channels. Tá Chegando Bus does not replace official passenger service.
User responsibilities
Use the service without compromising your safety in traffic: do not get distracted at the stop, while crossing or on board because of the screen.
You are responsible for account credentials. Do not post insults, other people’s personal data, spam or illegal content in comments and ratings.
Do not overload, scrape abusively or exploit flaws in the platform.
Availability
The site and app may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, changes in data providers or factors outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or coverage of every line at all times.
Intellectual property
The Tá Chegando Bus brand, layout, institutional texts, code and graphics belong to the project, except third-party content (maps, store badges, transit data).
You remain responsible for comments and ratings you publish and grant the platform the permission needed to display that content in the service.
External links
Links to Google Play, the App Store, Instagram, maps and other sites lead to services with their own terms. Tá Chegando Bus does not control those destinations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tá Chegando Bus is not liable for delays, missed boardings, travel decisions based on estimates, missing data or content published by other users.
Use is informational. Displaying lines and stops does not by itself create an official partnership with bus operators or public bodies.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Continued use after a new version is published means you are aware of the changes.
