If the app and what you see at the terminal or stop disagree, trust what is in front of you and your safety.
Good practices while travelling
Check the estimate before crossing or walking away from the stop. Do not walk looking only at the screen. When boarding, put the phone away and watch the vehicle and people around you.
In a risky situation, harassment or emergency, leave the exposure and use official help channels — including support content in the app when that area is available.
